No more than 2 pets allowed per apt home. There will be a $400 charge (one-time non refundable fee) for up to 2 pets. All one-time pet fees are due within 24 hours of the lease being approved. Monthly Pet Rent is $10 per apt. No aggressive breeds will be allowed. If you plan to have pets living in your apartment home, please be sure to discuss with property personnel for any recent changes to this policy.
